The metal grinding fluid is composed of the following components: 5-40% by weight of rust inhibitor; 1-20% by weight of cleaning agent; 0.1-10% by weight of lubricating corrosion inhibitor; 1-20% by weight of penetrant; 1-20 wt% solubilizer; 10-40 wt% pH regulator; 0.5-5 wt% defoamer, balance water; based on the total weight of the water-soluble fully synthetic metal grinding fluid. Wherein, the pH value of the water-soluble fully synthetic metal grinding fluid is 7-11. Among them, the lubricating corrosion inhibitor is a long-chain nitrogen-containing heterocyclic organic ester.
